Senior Rugby Tour to Prague

During their senior rugby tour to Prague, the players of University of Leicester Rugby Club were able to enjoy visits to Prague’s historical Old Town area and the abundance of bars and clubs that kept them entertained on each night of their week long rugby tour.

The accommodation was just what they needed on their tour and gave everyone a good base from which they could explore the city. The hosts for the fixtures were very hospitable and welcomed the touring student rugby team with post match food and drink being provided before they headed back into the centre of Prague for more celebrations!

The group also visited the lesser known town of Brno in the south of the country, which offered an enchanting insight into Czech life away form Prague; a thriving tourist city. The players were made to feel particularly welcome at Dragon Brno Rugby Club and their hospitality was thought of as the highlight of the tour for many of the tourists.
