As Part of Burleigh Travels continuous approach towards delivering a high level of customer service, the company recently travelled to Gibraltar as a group on a familiarisation trip, so that the entire workforce can fully understand how a sports tour is to work in a new destination to us.
Familiarisation trips such as this are essential to the development of our staff and customer service alike. Each and every member of our team is now has a breadth of knowledge regarding Gibraltar, the accommodation, fixtures and most importantly how a tour will work in this attractive destination.
We have already had the opportunity to make use of our newly found knowledge as Stanton & Awksworth Elks Cricket Club visited Gibraltar in September this year and their visit is documented in a tour report on the Gibraltar Cricket Association website.
