Burleigh Travel recently hosted a charity dinner at the Hotel Du Vin in Cheltenham in aid of one of our young junior rugby tourists from Edwardians RFC in Birmingham who has been diagnosed with bone cancer.
Following a champagne reception and sumptuous three course meal superbly prepared and served by the Hotel Du Vin, the highlight of the evening was a Q & A session with Gloucester Rugby Star and Burleigh Travel’s sponsored player Luke Narraway as well as the stalwart of Gloucester Rugby Andy Deaon who added his usual insight into the days as a professional ‘amateur’.
Chris Kite, Company Director of Burleigh Travel took charge of the mic for the charity auction which raised a significant sum for Callum and his family which we hope will be of use in this difficult time.
