Senior Football Tour to Amsterdam

During their football tour to Amsterdam, the players of Porthcawl Athletic Football Club were able to combine visits to Amsterdam’s vibrant nightlife with playing some high quality competitive football.

The Welsh tourists played both games in a competitive, but excellent spirit, winning one and narrowly loosing the second on the Sunday of the tour and were treated to a typically warm Dutch welcome after both football matches. The boys also enjoyed the vibrant nightlife on offer in Amsterdam with its variety of culture and entertainment which is very popular for football tours to Amsterdam; perhaps an explanation of the Sunday result!!

The football tour was based in ideally located accommodation very close to the City centre, giving easy access to the best bars and nightspots, particularly important at the end of a long night!
