Cricket Tour to Malta

For their cricket tour, the cricketers from Essington & Great Wyrley Cricket Club selected Malta as their cricket tour destination.

The club form the West Midlands enjoyed a five night break in the Mediterranean spring sunshine in April 2010, where they competed in two forty over encounters against their Maltese counterparts at the Marsa Sports Complex pitch.

The group enjoyed their accommodation, which gave easy access to the lively nightlife of St Julian’s which entertained the tourists into the early hours.
