Thirty seven members of the Stirling University hockey team travelled to the gorgeous Lloret de Mar in the Catalonian region of Spain. This area is famed for its award winning beaches and is hugely popular with touring groups of all ages. The country’s capital Barcelona is only a short drive away.

The team landed in Spain on Tuesday morning, and boarded their coach to their hotel. They had the rest of the day to enjoy the hotel’s pool and all inclusive package.

They had the next two days free to explore the local region, such as the beaches, bars, mini golf and waterparks.

Friday morning was free to enjoy the pool before their match against CD Terrassa social team. 

Saturday the guys had the chance to explore Barcelona, before flying home on Monday morning.
