Just wanted to say – we had a fantastic tour – thank you! What a credit to you as a company for the service which you provided us during the hockey tour! The quality of the coach was second to none and the facilities on board were excellent. However, the one thing which really made it was your driver Paul Simms. He was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to liaise with. Nothing was too big or small for him and the squad adopted him as the team mascot! He became part of our team and was integral to the tour enjoyment. I feel that good feedback is often forgotten – so really wanted to give you the praise directly which you richly deserve. We are contemplating going next year so will be asking for yourselves and Paul again if we do.
