“COVID has had a huge impact on every sector, travel being particular hammered. Our original tour was cancelled due to travel restriction but through great comms on both sides, DRFC and Burleigh Travel, we managed to set a new date in Sept. Burleigh travel refunded 3 families that could no longer make the rescheduled tour and the rest of us (15 families) had a absolute blast. Croft Farm was great in every respect – service, food, accommodation, activities. Chris put on an extra training session (which gave us coaches a break) and although we didn’t play any rugby against opposition, the boys had a great time. In their own words – “best tour ever” and “can we do this again next year” It was by far the best team bonding session that our lads have had. Chris looked after us very well, under immense pressure brought about from COVID restrictions. We have already started speaking with Burleigh Travel to take part in a Summer rugby festival at Croft Farm in 2021.”
